Patagonia, Argentina

In the first week of January each year we take off and head south to the northern patagonia region in Argentina. This is a week long group trip with 12 anglers all inclusive lodging, meals, etc.. with 6 days of fishing a variety of waters. From larger freestone rivers that drain the east slope of the Andes Mountains to Glacial Lakes the fishing is world class and the scenery is not bad either.

Cost:

     I usually tell everyone to budget around $7500 for the trip door to door.

     The outfitters in Argentina charge right at $5300 for the week long trip

     Airfare varies a little each year, but is usually $1700-$2000
